Key hire joins JLL’s Bellevue office as part of ongoing Seattle-region growth to expand capabilities

JLL adds Seattle region commercial real estate veteran Cody Morrison
JLL announced today hiring Cody Morrison as Executive Vice President focusing on tenant representation. Based in JLL’s Bellevue office, Morrison works with clients throughout the Seattle region and nationally. He was formerly Portfolio Director in WeWork, overseeing their Pacific Northwest locations. Previously, he was a tenant advisor at Washington Partners Corporate Real Estate. Between the two companies, he's been a part of over 7,000 transactions valued in excess of $1.5 billion.

A passionate Husky, Morrison was a pitcher for the then Pac-10 champion baseball team. After leaving the University of Washington, he played in the Anaheim Angels and Seattle Mariners organizations. When his playing career concluded, Cody then threw himself into coaching, helping lead the University of Puget Sound to some of their most successful teams in their history.
