WILMINGTON, DE., November 3, 2025 - JLL announces today the hiring of Ryan Ward to its Wilmington office. With more than a decade of diverse experience spanning commercial real estate and complex acquisition roles in the U.S. Navy, Ward joins the team at a time of significant growth and market opportunity. As a senior associate, he will play a key role in expanding the firm's presence and building on its established success in the region.

Ward spent the last three years as a Commercial Real Estate Associate at Ganc Commercial Realty, where he managed all aspects of commercial real estate sales and leasing transactions. A 2011 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Ward brings extensive experience in naval logistics and special operations support. His Navy career highlights include coordinating operations across 13 countries, leading the supply department aboard USS Jimmy Carter (SSN 23), and serving as Supply and Guest Operations Officer at Camp David, where he acted as principal White House liaison for presidential events.
