JLL acted as commercial advisor in the sale of prime I&L property

The buyer is Nordisk Renting. The sale price was approximately €21.5 million. In connection with the sale, Scania Suomi Oy will lease the property with a long-term lease agreement. The property is Scania's main truck center in Finland, and it also houses Scania’s Finnish headquarters. The 6,700 sq m asset is a modern truck repair shop building, which was completed in December 2024, and was designed and built-to-suit for Scania Suomi Oy. The property is highly energy-efficient and uses renewable energy through geothermal heating and rooftop PV panels. The building has achieved an EPC A rating.
