JLL acted as a commercial advisor for Deka on the purchase of a prime logistics asset next to Helsinki airport

The asset comprises approximately 33,000 sq m of lettable area.
Completed in 2022, the property is considered one of Finland’s leading logistics facilities, offering modern specifications and advanced logistics infrastructure that enable efficient and flexible operations. The asset benefits from a prime location adjacent to Helsinki Airport, providing excellent domestic and international connectivity and reinforcing its position as a key logistics hub within the Finnish market.
