Sanders Equities acquires five-building industrial portfolio in Savannah for $75.1M

ATLANTA, June 12, 2026 – JLL Capital Markets announced today the $75.1 million sale of Portside V Portfolio, a five-building infill industrial portfolio totaling 737,050 square feet located in Savannah's Dean Forest submarket.
JLL represented the seller in the transaction. Sanders Equities acquired the asset.
The portfolio comprises properties at 405 Expansion Rd., 190 Gulfstream Rd., 194 Gulfstream Rd., 198 Gulfstream Rd. and 318 Grange Rd. The properties are positioned between 0.5 and 3.6 miles from the Port of Savannah's Garden City Terminal, North America's largest single-terminal container facility, providing direct access to Interstate 16, Interstate 95 and the port.
The buildings span 51.69 acres and feature clear heights ranging from 21 to 28 feet, 62 dock-high doors, eight drive-in doors and concrete truck courts measuring 109 to 162 feet. Eighty percent of the properties include trailer parking or outdoor storage components. The portfolio is fully leased to five tenants across logistics and distribution sectors.
The JLL Capital Markets team representing the seller was led by Senior Managing Directors Britton Burdette and Dennis Mitchell and Managing Directors Jim Freeman and Maggie Dominguez.
