DFW Park 161 announces tenant, strengthening impressive roster

DALLAS-FORT WORTH, Aug. 23, 2023 – JLL has announced the latest addition to DFW Park 161's tenant roster: LKQ, which has signed a lease for 523,260 s.f. at Logistics Center 12, situated within the 197-acre master-planned Class A industrial park.
Kurt Griffin and Nathan Orbin of JLL represented the landlord, Perot Development Company, and Jacob Bobek and Tim Vogds of CBRE represented the tenant, LKQ.

DFW Park 161's strategic location within the bustling DFW Metroplex places tenants in close proximity to key facilities such as DFW Airport, regional FedEx and UPS hubs, and major freeways. The advantages extend further, with the Freeport Inventory Tax Exemption and supplementary tax incentives on international inventory contributing to a favorable business atmosphere by reducing or eliminating customs duties, tariffs, and taxes. With notable features such as 707,940 s.f. of divisible space, a 40-foot clear height, 570-foot building depth, 60-foot loading bays, and 190-foot truck courts, DFW Park 161 caters to the multifaceted needs of its tenants.
