WASHINGTON, June 5, 2025 – JLL announced today that its Experience Management (XM) team will manage and operate Concorde, the Washington region's newest and most sophisticated meeting and events venue. Spanning 12,000 square feet in the South District of National Landing at JBG SMITH’s 2011 Crystal Drive, Concorde will set a new standard in corporate hospitality. Combining exceptional service, culinary excellence, and state-of-the-art conference and event facilities, it will offer a prime location next to the Pentagon, Amazon’s National Landing headquarters, and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

National Landing is immediately adjacent to the forthcoming Crystal City to Reagan National Airport Multimodal Connection (CC2DCA) pedestrian bridge, connecting the airport to National Landing as well as the planned Virginia Railway Express/Amtrak rail station and a 330-key hotel. This events venue will serve as a forward-thinking hub for national and international businesses, designed to meet the evolving needs of today's modern professionals and workplace communities.
Concorde will feature an onsite culinary program curated by renowned restaurateur David Morton, a Chicago-based restauranteur and founder of Episcope Hospitality, that will deliver an elevated dining experience. Seamlessly integrated into meetings and events, Concorde's customizable culinary offerings will enhance productivity and foster connection. With high-quality ingredients and thoughtful service, every gathering at Concorde will feel intentional, elevated, and effortlessly executed.

A+I is the design architect for Concorde, bringing an elevated approach to its first project in the Washington Metropolitan region. Upgrades currently underway at the 444,916-square-foot 2011 Crystal Drive include significant enhancements to the exterior façade, two new restaurants, a welcoming new entry lobby, and communal outdoor spaces.
Anchored by the Forum – a spacious presentation hall accommodating up to 300 seated guests – and complemented by five additional rooms, Concorde can host programs both big and small with a total event capacity that surpasses 470.
