$40.85M disposition of multifamily portfolio in New Haven

BOSTON, May 11, 2026 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has secured the $20.6 million sale of Campus View & Traymore Apartments, a historic multi-housing portfolio in New Haven, Connecticut.
JLL worked on behalf of the seller, C.A. White. The buyer was CSRE Group.
This is the second transaction that JLL secured on behalf of C.A. White. The Capital Markets team also arranged the sale of Centerpointe Apartments to The Simon Konover Company. The 83-unit multifamily community, located at the corner of Church Street and Chapel Street in Downtown New Haven, sold for $20.25 million in January of 2026.
Campus View Apartments and Traymore Apartments are strategically located in New Haven’s Dwight neighborhood, offering residents convenient access to Yale University, Yale New Haven Hospital and the city's vibrant urban core. Campus View Apartments, located at 84 Howe St., was originally built in 1925 and features 77 units comprising studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Built in 1920, Traymore Apartments offers 49 units across studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
