$86.05M agency financing arranged for Downtown Denver multifamily community

DENVER, Sept. 29, 2026 –  JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has arranged $86.05 million in financing for Griffis Union Station, a 400-unit, Class A multifamily community in Denver, Colorado.

Working on behalf of the borrower, Griffis Residential, JLL placed the five-year, senior agency loan.

Completed in 2010, Griffis Union Station stands five stories tall and offers one- and two-bedroom units averaging 918 square feet each. A portion of the units have been fully renovated and feature new countertops, backsplashes, stainless steel appliances and improved lighting. Property amenities include a fitness center, a resort-style pool, clubhouse, resident lounge, business center, grilling stations, game room and dog park and pet washing station.

Griffis Union Station sits on a 4.95-acre lot at 2905 Inca St. in the heart of Downtown Denver and close to LoDo, the Ballpark District and the RiNo Arts District. The property is within walking distance of Union Station, the city’s central transportation hub that provides connectivity to the entire metro, including the Denver International Airport. Residents also have immediate access to Interstate 25 providing convenient commutes to Denver Tech Center, Boulder and the entire Front Range.
