Comprehensive data collection across all building systems generated clear analytics and reporting to reveal exactly how energy was being used throughout the space. Based on these insights, JLL's team identified opportunities to cut out energy waste, streamline manual processes, and remove redundant system tasks that were driving up costs without adding value.

The platform then took over day-to-day optimization through intelligent automation. Customized alerts notify facility managers of any issues before they impact tenant comfort, while automated responses adjust lighting, heating, cooling, and ventilation based on actual occupancy and environmental conditions. Today, the building operates efficiently without constant human intervention.
