Private capital (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices, and Family Holdings) has significantly accelerated in Italian commercial real estate, with investments reaching €1.7 billion in Q1-Q3 2025.

Private wealth investors have established and maintained a robust 21% share of the Italian real estate investment market in the first nine months of 2025, confirming their enhanced role as a stable segment of Commercial Real Estate investors.

Retail, Office and hospitality sectors are the most sought-after by private wealth buyers, accounting for around 85% of investment volumes.
