Including conversion projects valued at more than €200 million, total hotel investment exceeded €600 million, positioning the sector as one of the market's leading investment destinations alongside retail.

The sector attracted significant interest from international investors, accounting for 73% of total investment volumes. Capital deployment including conversion projects, concentrated in smaller-scale transactions under €25 million, which accounted for 60% of deal activity.
