Hotels & Hospitality sector accounted for 14% of Italy's total real estate investments in 2025, generating €1.8 bn in transaction volumes (+4% YoY).
Including conversion projects valued at more than €400 mln brings the sector's total investment to over €2.2 bn.
In terms of number of deals, transactions with a ticket size below €50 million accounted for around 90% of the total, demonstrating that the market remained accessible to a broad range of investors.
