JLL analyzes 813,000 sqm of industrial and logistics warehouses without tax incentives in Guatemala City. 47% of the stock is considered Class A, and is concentrated in Delta Barcenas, in Villanueva, and Michatoya Industrial Park, in Palin. The stock in Amatitlan(347,000 sqm) is 100% Class B, while Palin’s 84,100 sqm complete the Non-Prime stock.

As mentioned above, Zona 12 submarket is not included in this analysis given that it mostly comprises outdated stand-alone properties.
