The logistics and industrial premises market recorded strong growth in the first half of 2026 with €3bn invested, up 55% compared to H1 2025. This momentum takes the sector's market share to 44%, i.e. 17 points higher than the five-year average for the first half (27%).
Prime yields increased this quarter to 4.90% for warehouses and 5.90% for industrial premises.
