Redefining Dubai's office experience
One Za'abeel sought to create premium serviced offices across two floors in their iconic development, spanning approximately 38,000 sqft. Their vision focused on user experience with hotel-design interiors that would stand out in the market along with versatile facilities to cater to modern business needs.
A concept born from hospitality
Drawing inspiration from the acclaimed One & Only Hotel in One Za'abeel, our team crafted a concept that blends local characteristics with contemporary luxury.
The design prioritises the creation of an environment that redefines traditional workspaces. It features carefully curated areas that are multifunctional, with various sizes and configurations to meet different organisational needs and work styles.
This includes manager cabins, open-plan areas, boardrooms, meeting rooms, library, focus rooms and communal spaces, fitted out with high-end finishes, ergonomic furniture, and customisable lighting.
Sustainability was prioritised through the use of natural materials, maximised daylight, and energy-efficient systems.
The art of first impressions
The reception area of One Offices welcomes visitors with a majestic staircase that evokes Dubai's sunset sky. A striking sculptural chandelier complements this centrepiece, setting the tone for luxury and innovation.
Texture, warmth, and timeless elegance
Throughout the office, a carefully selected neutral color palette is complemented by warm, timeless marble flooring. Accented rugs add warmth and texture, their patterns subtly evoking the meeting point of desert and sea—a nod to the country's unique geography. This thoughtful design creates a serene and inviting atmosphere that encourages both focus and creativity.
