The company required a revolutionary environment capable of functioning as daily offices, corporate showroom, and event venue, all while authentically reflecting their innovative DNA and exceptional user-experience philosophy.
Reimagining corporate space
Located on the 12th floor of Torre Emperador, the 550m² space presented significant structural limitations. However, Octopus Energy challenged our Tétris team to create a transformational workspace that could seamlessly function as daily offices, corporate showroom, and event venue simultaneously.
The biggest obstacle was designing an environment capable of instant adaptation to multiple functions without losing its brand identity.

This system eliminates the typical constraints of fixed office layouts, allowing Octopus Energy to reconfigure their Madrid headquarters within minutes.
Composable meeting rooms equipped with mobile panels represent another breakthrough in flexible workspace design. These innovative spaces can shift from private enclosed environments to open collaborative extensions in minutes, eliminating spatial barriers and creating an evolutionary environment that adapts without construction interventions.
Brand-driven experiences
The brand identity materializes through memorable interventions that create emotional connections throughout the flexible office space. The entrance features a dimensional gateway with concentric luminous arches in Octopus Energy's signature pink-blue gradient, transforming every arrival into a theatrical brand experience that immediately communicates the company's innovative spirit.
Constantine, Octopus Energy's beloved pink octopus mascot, appears as integrated sculptural elements throughout the space, creating recognition points that reinforce the brand-user emotional connection. These elements remain constant anchors even as the flexible office transforms around them.
