JLL Brussels advances sustainable workplace strategy

JLL Belux faced the task of creating a new headquarters in Brussels that would not only reflect their values and expertise but also set a new standard for sustainable office spaces. The challenge was to design a space that embodied three key pillars: showcasing JLL's culture and values, maximizing sustainable considerations, and integrating cutting-edge innovation and technology.

Recognized among the world's top five Sustainable Interiors by the Architizer A+Awards 2025, JLL Belux's headquarters demonstrates measurable circular design impact. The project achieved 50-80% material reuse across glazing, partitions, joinery, and finishes—with previous office carpeting transformed into a striking acoustic façade for the reception wall and canteen chairs reimagined as tiered forum seating. This two-floor workplace pursuing Well Platinum certification proves that ambitious sustainability targets align with exceptional design quality.
