Women of my family! Free, proud, autonomous, they worked, they were driving, they educated their children with love. They gave me confidence and wings.
Why does inclusion matter to you?
Inclusion matters to me because it is the way forward to have a better balance world.
How are you inspiring women to achieve their ambitions at JLL?
What is most important nowadays is to be confident, self-confident with humility and trust in others. There are no more barriers to achieve our goals, the real subject is to identify what women really want to do. The balance between professional and personal lives is today a real choice. I do try to explain them that they have the right to follow their dreams.
