Who is a female inspiration/role model to you and why?
Deirdre Costello, Head of Office Leasing — she has four children, runs a family, a pressured job in the hottest leasing market in Europe and still manages to get the balance right, not to mention Triathlons and running in her spare time.
Why does inclusion matter to you?
Inclusion is not complicated for me — it means everyone is treated fairly and equally and there are no glass ceilings and talent is encouraged and rewarded.
How are you inspiring women to achieve their ambitions at JLL?
By living inclusively, and at the same time creating a working environment which means that when different life events mean different roles, no one is disadvantaged in their career progression.
