Who is a female inspiration/role model to you and why?
Oprah is a great inspiration. Not only does she care, listen and guide, but her approach has resulted in beneficial and financial success.
Why does inclusion matter to you?
No one likes being excluded whether it's professionally or personally. Inclusion is crucial not only to allow for everyone to feel happy and belong, but the collaboration, communication and accountability result in efficient processes and results. This in turn is reflected on the client and/or organization’s bottom line.
How are you inspiring women to achieve their ambitions at JLL?
In my leadership role, I have a responsibility to ensure my peers know how much I care about them and their success. I’m a huge advocate of making sure we always take away something from a situation that makes us better. I’ve had some amazing mentors throughout my career and I enjoy giving back with my inspiration and mentorship.
