Indra Nooyi. She is an inspiration to me because she achieved her role through hard work, fierce ambition and a well-researched approach. She believes in leading with purpose and focusing on the long-term ambitions of a company rather than solely driving short-term profit.

Inclusion matters to me because it’s the right thing to do but it’s also good business sense. In order to drive innovation and continue to be a market leader in changing times, we need to shape our business with the input and vision from people that represent a diverse view.
