Flore Pradère is Research Director in the Global Work Dynamics Research team at JLL. She is passionate about new ways of working and theoffice of the future. She has spent 15 years decoding employees’ life and work aspirations. Her latest releases deal with The Employee Workforce Barometer, The Future of Work and Future Vision, the possible futures of Real Estate.
Her ambition is to transform the way leaders see their offices, inviting them to rethink their work experience to foster differentiation, social value and talent engagement. Through her very human centric approach, she often talks to HR audiences.
