Andrew Batson is the Global Head of Data Center Market Intelligence at JLL, advising senior executives across AMER, EMEA, and APAC on market positioning, competitive dynamics, and business strategy. He maintains ongoing intelligence on data center developers, operators, and tenants, translating that intelligence into executive-ready recommendations for JLL and its clients.
Andrew has spent more than 15 years at JLL turning market data into recommendations senior executives act on. Before his current role, he served as Head of Americas Data Center Market Intelligence. Earlier, as Senior Vice President of Research & Strategy, he led a 20-plus person analytical team across more than 30 U.S. markets, supporting over 400 leasing advisory and capital markets professionals.
Andrew is a published thought leader on data center and quantum computing real estate, with research covered by The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and CNBC. He holds a master's degree in urban planning from Cleveland State University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Oakland University.
