Justyna Marganska

I am an experienced Program Manager with over seven years of expertise in international project management. Currently at JLL EMEA PMO, I manage a program of deleterious materials surveys at Shell sites worldwide, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Previously, I coordinated CAPEX projects for Amazon across the EMEA region.

I hold an MSc in Finance and Accounting and a B.Eng. in Spatial Management. My key competencies include budget management, scheduling, agile methodologies, and Six Sigma Green Belt certification. I combine an analytical mindset with strong relationship-building skills and effective team leadership, allowing me to successfully deliver even the most complex projects.
