Will is a Director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Market, Americas. As part of JLL’s Multi-Housing Investment Advisory team, he is primarily responsible for multi-housing investment sales advisory and debt placement. Over the course of his career, Will has been involved in more than $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining JLL, Will was an Associate at IPA, a division of Marcus and Millichap, for the previous four years. Will focused on multi-housing investment sales in Houston and surrounding secondary markets.
