As Senior Vice President and Designated Broker at JLL, Tim brings 19 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Experience
Tim has been a full-time Seattle office broker for 9 years, with a managing broker’s license. Prior to JLL, Tim was a commercial real estate attorney for 10 years, represented clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leases, and real estate financing. Tim has also taught the land use and development class at North Seattle College for 10 years.
Tim is a 2023 CoStar Power Broker. He was on the project team that won deal of the year in 2022 for Sonoma Bio at Unison Elliott Bay and was previously recognized with NAIOP's National Developing Leaders awards.
