Current Responsibilities:
Steve combines a unique understanding of transaction management and lease negotiation with extensive construction management experience to assist tenants in making strategic real estate decisions. He has a focus is on multi-market portfolio transaction management for corporate clients with an expertise in growth planning that aligns his client’s cash and P&L objectives via creative deal structuring. He is a LEED accredited professional and assists his clients in understanding workplace environment with construction planning & implementation best practices.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL in 2006, Steve was a Project Manager at Devcon Construction for five years where he managed all aspects of the design-build construction process. As a liaison balancing the tenant/owner relationship, he managed a variety of project types: high-end venture capital and law office interiors, technology company campuses and R&D lab interiors. Today, he uses his project management background to help his clients manage tactical growth planning balanced with the financial analytics of a formulated leasing strategy.
Education and Affiliations:
Steve attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He is a LEED accredited professional and a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers. Outside of work Steve, with his wife Tricia, stays busy keeping up their two sons Will and Jack, ages 16 and 15, while also serving as the co-President of Menlo-Atherton High School Foundation for the Future and past President of Menlo-Atherton Little League.
