Mr. Lundquist is a Senior Managing Director with JLL, specializing in tenant representation in Orange County and globally. His expertise spans local, national, and international markets lease and purchase negotiations, renewals, build-to-suit projects, property acquisitions, dispositions, supply chain and network analysis, multi-state incentive negotiations for relocations, and property valuation consulting. He has completed over 800 transactions valued at more than $1.5 billion, with clients who span various industries and include Global Imaging Systems, Mitsubishi Electric and Motors, Ossur/Embla, DealerSocket, Xerox Corporation, Time Warner Cable, Masimo, KPMG, The Hartford, Crossover Health, Kaiser, Nusano, Authentic Brands Group, Volcom, Fjallraven, and Rip Curl.

Mr. Lundquist was honored as ‘Rookie of the Year’ in 2005 and has consistently been a Top Producer at Jones Lang LaSalle, including receiving JLL’s Top Gun award. Mr. Lundquist has been honored by The Irvine Company as Broker of the Year multiple times.

Education and affiliations

Mr. Lundquist received his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University.

He completed a two-year volunteer mission in British Columbia, Canada, leading 170 missionaries in goal-setting and achievement.

Mr. Lundquist is licensed in California and Hawaii.
