Mark Volkman is a Senior Managing Director in the firm’s industrial brokerage and leasing team. Mark is based in JLL’s Cincinnati office and focuses on landlord and tenant representation for institutional investors and clients specializing in the Industrial real estate sector regionally.
Mark has more than 30 years experience in real estate, including 16 years with JLL. Before joining JLL, he directed First Industrial Realty Trust’s initiatives across the Cincinnati, Cleveland and Columbus markets to provide custom industrial real estate solutions to corporate customers. Mark was Regional Director of First Industrial in Ohio and was responsible for all leasing, operations, portfolio management, investment, sales, disposition and development activity in the region. Prior to his former position, he served as Director of Marketing and Leasing for First Industrial's Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus markets. Prior thereto, he served for eight years as a marketing representative for ProLogis where he was responsible for leasing the company’s industrial portfolio between the Greater Cincinnati and Louisville, Kentucky markets.
A graduate from The Ohio State University with a B.S.B.A in real estate and urban analysis, Mark is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
