Based in the heart of Silicon Valley, Matt has built his career helping some of the region’s most recognized technology companies navigate their real estate requirements—from early-stage companies searching for their first significant office to established organizations managing expansions, relocations, renewals and complex workplace strategies.

Matt has extensive experience representing technology and R&D users throughout the Peninsula and South Bay, with a particular focus on Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, San Mateo and the greater Silicon Valley market. His clients and transactions have included companies across AI, software, hardware, robotics, autonomous vehicles, life sciences and other emerging technology sectors.

Before joining JLL, Matt helped build the Palo Alto office for Raise Commercial helping build the firm’s Silicon Valley presence and technology-focused brokerage platform. Following JLL’s acquisition of Raise, Matt continues to advise technology companies and property owners throughout Silicon Valley as part of JLL’s global platform.
