Juan Mendoza

Juan Paulo Mendoza L. is the Managing Director of Work Dynamics - Industrial at JLL for Latin America. He leads the strategy and operations of the industrial sector, including facility management, projects, and Datacenters.

With over 29 years of experience, he has held leadership roles in companies such as MTS Consultoría + Gestión, Aramark México, GIA Infrastructure, ISS Facility Services, and previously at JLL. He began his career in the banking sector with Bancolombia and Citibank.

He is an Architect graduated from Universidad La Salle, with a specialization in Finance from Universidad de Los Andes, and completed the AD2 Senior Management program at IPADE.

He stands out for his ability in strategic planning, process optimization, and team leadership, focusing on innovative and sustainable solutions in the Real Estate and Facility Management sector.

Recognized with the ISS E=MC2 award in 2015, 2017, and 2018 for his contributions to organic growth and cash conversion.
