Current Responsibilities

J.B. currently holds the position of Senior Director in the New Jersey Office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. His key area of expertise lies in retail investment sales. With a commendable career spanning over a decade, J.B. is adept at real estate advisory, specializing in investment sales in the markets of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. Credited with involvement in transactions aggregating to over $5 billion, J.B.'s forte includes office, industrial, retail, and multifamily transactions.

Experience

J.B. embarked on his journey at JLL as part of the HFF acquisition. Prior to taking on a full-time role at HFF in June 2016, he interned there in 2015 - laying the foundation for his vast understanding of commercial real estate and corporate finance. The experience he has amassed in more than ten fruitful years in the industry has fortified his expertise, enabling him to make significant strides in his professional trajectory. His knowledge spans a variety of financial and real estate transactions, arming him with the skillset to effectively navigate the complexities of the commercial real estate market.
