Jarret is an Executive Vice President within JLL’s Houston Industrial Services group. He specializes in leases, lease renewal negotiations, build-to-suit, design-build projects, agency leasing and disposition of surplus properties.

Jarret has negotiated leases, acquisitions and dispositions of industrial properties for more than 24 years.
