Jamie brings 20 years of diverse commercial real estate expertise, including roles at major firms like HFF, Newmark Knight Frank, and CBRE, and demonstrates a proven track record in capital markets, having executed transactions exceeding $17 billion in total capitalized value. He offers unique insights from both advisory and principal-side experience, including work with private equity real estate funds and local property operators.
Career Summary
Jamie works on a national basis in arranging debt and equity for all property types with a specialty in multifamily. Prior to joining HFF in 2017, Jamie spent three years as a Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank in Washington, DC, where he focused on originating both debt and equity nationally for all product types. Before that, he was a partner on the debt and structured finance team at CBRE for five years. Jamie began his real estate career on the principal side at JER Partners, a private equity real estate fund, and then at MGP Real Estate, a local Washington, DC-based owner/ operator of office and industrial properties in the DC Metro.
