Current Responsibilities
Greg serves as a Senior Managing Director in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, where his primary focus resides in debt and equity placement transactions. His extensive expertise extends throughout the New Jersey region and across the Country. With his seasoned understanding of the commercial real estate industry, Greg consistently provides effective solutions and valuable insights in getting transactions closed.
Experience
Joining JLL as part of the HFF acquisition, Greg brings with him more than three decades of experience in the commercial real estate space. His career began with O’Connor Capital Partners followed by a pivotal role at The Schonbraun McCann Group, both based out of New York City.
Prior to joining HFF, Greg was a senior executive for twelve years at NorthMarq Capital. Here, he not only led the New Jersey regional office but also stood out as a top producer nationally for a variety of debt and equity placements. With a proven track record, having accomplished over $20 billion in transaction volume, Greg's experience and acumen in commercial real estate finance are far reaching.
Greg has a MS in Real Estate from New York University and a BA from the University of Michigan. Greg is currently an Advisory Board Member at the Weiser Center for Real Estate at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Member of NAIOP's Capital Markets Forum.
