Drew Isaacson

Drew is a Senior Managing Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas.

Drew serves a wide variety of institutional and entrepreneurial clients with a particular focus on real estate sales, joint ventures, and structured transactions across all asset classes. Prior to JLL, Drew worked for Eastdil Secured, SL Green Realty Corp, Waterman Interests, and JP Morgan. Drew has completed over 100 capital market transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $31 billion. Notable transactions throughout Drew’s career include:

Representative Advisory Transactions:

· Advised Blackstone, CPPIB, and Rialto on their acquisition and subsequent management and disposition of $16.8 billion of loans from the FDIC (Signature Bank Portfolio)

· $3.2 billion sale of Manhattan Mini Storage, a 3.1 million square foot, 18-property portfolio located in Manhattan, along with the associated management platform.

· $1.1 billion financing of 3 Bryant Park

· $930 million sale of 8 Spruce Street

· $320 million sale of 1330 Avenue of the Americas

· $203 million sale of 100 West Putnam Avenue (Greenwich, CT)

· $186 million sale of 1740 Broadway
