Dennis Mitchell

Current Responsibilities

Dennis is Senior Managing Director at JLL Capital Markets, Americas, based in their Atlanta office. He and his four partners focuse on the disposition and capitalization of industrial assets and portfolios across the region. Since 2021, Dennis and the team have traded over 80 million square feet of industrial space, with closed transactions exceeding $7.5 billion each of the past three years. He is also a key member of JLL’s National Industrial Capital Market Team, a fully integrated national practice instrumental in executing over $28 billion of industrial disposition, financing and equity placement transactions in 2024.

Experience

Dennis brings more than three decades of commercial real estate experience to the table. His tenure began with 15 years concentrating on commercial mortgage brokerage. Prior to his transition to JLL in 2019, as part of the HFF acquisition, Dennis held the role of Senior Vice President and Principal at Colliers International Atlanta for two decades. Over the course of his career, he has developed a proficiency for industrial real estate that is truly unparalleled. His industrial focused experience, coupled with his outstanding leadership, contributes significantly to the success of their clients as well as JLL's high-performing industrial team.
