Current Responsibilities:
Cindy Fleming is an Associate Vice President in JLL’s Wilmington, Delaware office. Focusing her efforts on the sale and leasing of commercial properties, she provides tenant and landlord representation services to clients throughout the Delaware and the Western Philadelphia Suburbs.
Prior to joining JLL, Cindy was an Associate for Jackson Cross Partners as well as Insignia/ESG. She represents various Landlords including: The Commonwealth Group, Chopp Holdings, Tresid Group, LLC, Harvey Hanna & Associates, Saber Associates, Springside LLC, Accordia Realty Ventures, Shelbourne and Hercules Incorporated.
Professional and charitable affiliations:
Cindy is the continuing education chairperson and a board of director of the Delaware Commercial Industrial Realty Council (CIRC). She is also a member of Delaware Real Estate Women (DREW) and The Committee of 100. She was named “Broker of the Year” for 2006 by Harvey, Hanna & Associates, Inc.
Education:
Cindy has an Associate’s degree in Management & Marketing from Delaware Technical and Community College. She is a graduate of St. Mark’s in Wilmington, Delaware. Cindy is a licensed Associate Broker in Delaware and a licensed salesperson in Pennsylvania.
