Billy has been recognized as one of the leaders in Retail Brokerage in Florida for over 10 years. He has a portfolio of institutional landlord level clients in Central Florida along with a portfolio of national level tenants throughout the state of Florida. He has also been recognized by NAIOP as one of the top retail real estate brokers in Central Florida.

Education and Affiliations
Billy is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate. He is an active member of ICSC, NAIOP, UCF Dr. Phillips School of Real Estate, and the Rotary Club of Orange County East-Winter Park.
