Career summary
Alex is a Senior Director in the New York (Manhattan) office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and is a leading member of the firm’s national Corporate Capital Markets & Net Lease group. He joined JLL in 2016 and is primarily responsible for the sale, purchase, and recapitalization of net leased retail, industrial, office and medical offices properties nationally.
JLL’s Corporate Capital Markets & Net Lease group offers an array of core services, including net lease disposition and acquisition advisory, 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leasebacks, portfolio analysis, valuation analysis, market and demographic evaluation, build-to-suit and capital markets consultation. Alex is also regarded as a private capital specialist, working with client profiles including individual 1031 investors, family offices, family trusts, DST sponsors, private equity firms, regional developers, and others. Since 2020, Alex has executed over $1.5B of net lease investment sale transactions nationally.
