Tampa-area neighborhood retail center trades

MIAMI, Sept. 19, 2025 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has completed the sale of Belleair Bazaar, a 38,874-square-foot, unanchored retail strip center in Belleair Bluffs, Florida.

JLL represented the seller, Cardinal Point Management, LLC, and procured the buyer, Shannon Waltchack, LLC.

Renovated and repositioned in 2020, Belleair Bazaar offers 29,603 square feet of retail space and 9,271 square feet of second-story office space. The retail space is 96% leased to a diverse tenant roster led by Bonefish Grill. Additional tenants include Cold Stone Creamery, State Farm and Maggie Mae’s, among others.

Belleair Bazaar is located on 2.66 acres at 2901 W Bay Dr. in Pinellas County, the densest county in Florida. The property serves a trade area of more than 73,800 residents within a three-mile radius and boasts a prime, heavily trafficked location at the gateway to Belleair Beach, with an average daily traffic count of about 19,100 vehicles.
