CHICAGO, Jan. 15, 2026 – JLL announced today the appointment of Sarah Wexler as Managing Director within the Consumer Goods and Services division. Wexler will lead strategic initiatives across retail and professional services sectors, leveraging her deep global expertise in retail strategy, transformation and design to help JLL clients navigate the rapidly evolving consumer landscape. She will focus on delivering innovative solutions that blend brand experience with operational excellence while driving growth through specialized sector knowledge across JLL’s comprehensive service offerings.

Most recently, Wexler served as VP of Global Retail Design at Foot Locker, where she oversaw the development and rollout of new concept strategies and standards globally. In this role, she led an organization driving innovative solutions for an evolving retail landscape, providing strategic leadership across the global capital investment pipeline spanning Foot Locker’s family of brands. She also co-led corporate real estate development and workplace initiatives, supporting headquarters and office environments with a consistent, brand-led and employee-centric approach.
