ORANGE COUNTY, CA, May 3, 2023 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has closed the sale of The Row on Harbor, a 23,314-square-foot, newly renovated retail strip center located within Orange County in La Habra, California.
JLL worked alongside the seller, DMI Real Estate Group, and a 1031, all-cash buyer acquired the asset.
Renovated in 2020, The Row on Harbor is 100-percent-leased to fourteen tenants with primarily food and service uses with strong followings in the local community. Notable tenants include EggBred, AkaFuji, Furai Chicken, Bodhi Leaf Coffee Traders, Code Ninjas and Club Pilates.
The Row on Harbor is a first-class, daily needs retail center in the heart of Orange County situated at 1450-1478 S. Harbor Blvd. The property is located in a dense and affluent area of Orange County with average household incomes exceeding $140,000 within a one-mile radius. The Row benefits from direct access along the Harbor Blvd., which enjoys over 38,000 VPD. Harbor Boulevard is one of the major throughfares in Orange County, which promotes significant traffic to the center on a daily basis.
The JLL team advising the seller was led by Senior Director Daniel Tyner and Managing Directors Gleb Lvovich and Geoff Tranchina.
