JLL Healthcare Practice Group Adds Kirsten Ryan to Team

WASHINGTON, D.C., November 25, 2025 - JLL announces today the hiring of Kirsten Ryan to its Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Practice Group; she will be based in its Washington, D.C. office. With more than a decade of rich healthcare experience spanning agency leasing and tenant representation, Ryan joins the team at a time of significant growth and market opportunity. As a senior vice president, she will play a key role in expanding the firm's presence and building on its established success not only within the region, but also on a national scale.

Ryan joins JLL after 13 years with another large commercial real estate firm, where she was instrumental in building and shaping its healthcare practice – from a single broker to a seven-member team. At JLL, Ryan will be a key contributor to the Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Practice Group with a focus on business development, portfolio optimization and account management. Backed by robust investment and market research expertise, she delivers data-driven strategies that help healthcare providers align their real estate decisions with both operational and financial goals.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Ryan recently went freediving with humpback whales, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, and is an active member of CREBA, CREW DC, and Georgetown Alumni Club. She has a graduate degree in real estate finance from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s in business management from Salisbury University.
