JLL Capital Markets arranges $19M financing for Brooklyn multi-housing portfolio
NEW YORK, N.Y., Jan. 28, 2026 – JLL Capital Markets announced today it has arranged $19 million in financing for the Edifice Portfolio, a collection of five recently rehabilitated multifamily properties located in Brooklyn, New York.
JLL represented the borrower, Edifice Partners LLC, a woman-owned real estate development firm based in New York City, in securing a $19 million loan facility with City National Bank (CNB).
The Edifice Portfolio comprises 42 units across five boutique, pre-war multifamily assets located at 431–433 Wythe Ave. and 313 South 4th St. in Williamsburg, and 19–21 Columbia Pl. in Brooklyn Heights. Each property has undergone a comprehensive renovation, blending restored historic character with modern luxury finishes and amenities.
Located in two of Brooklyn’s most desirable neighborhoods, the properties benefit from strong renter demand, proximity to Manhattan and immediate access to multiple subway lines. The financing supports Edifice’s strategy of stabilizing high-quality multifamily assets in transit-oriented, high-barrier-to-entry markets.
