The property has a total lettable area of 19,000 sq m and is commonly known as the headquarters of Finnair. Other notable tenants include Veho, Rejlers and American Express Global Business Travel. The property also offers impressive parking capacity with nearly 1,300 parking spaces. The LEED Platinum certified property is exceptionally well aligned with ESG standards, with geothermal heating, solar panels and energy performance certificate A.
