JLL acted as sole commercial advisor to Urban Partners in the sale of a prime logistics portfolio anchored by DSV to Logian

JLL acted as sole commercial advisor to Urban Partners’ (previously NREP) Nordic Strategies Fund 5 (NSF V) on the sale of a prime logistics portfolio anchored by DSV. The portfolio comprises three assets on freehold plots, located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Turku and Tampere, with a total lettable area of 80,500 sq m. The assets have mission-critical locations forming the backbone of DSV’s Finnish distribution network serving the local terminals across the country. The asset in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area also serves as DSV’s main terminal and Finnish headquarters. The logistics terminals have an EPC rating of A, and the assets have BREEAM In-Use Excellent certification. All assets are equipped with solar panels, and two assets have geothermal heating and cooling systems.
