CBS Food Program leases 16,000 square feet in Huntingdon Valley
PHILADELPHIA, PA - June 2, 2025 – JLL announced today that CBS Food Program has signed a 16,808-square-foot warehouse lease at Velocity Venture Partners-owned Huntingdon Glen Business Campus, located at 1830 County Line Road. The deal represents an increase of approximately 12,000 square feet – enabling the nonprofit organization to significantly enhance its mission of providing nutritious and dependable food to children throughout Greater Philadelphia.

Owned and operated by Velocity Venture Partners, the space is slated to open in time for back-to-school season this fall. “Our team could not be more excited to welcome CBS Food to the Velocity family as they expand their capabilities to provide vital resources to our hometown communities.
