JLL secured sale of Nashville multi-housing portfolio
NASHVILLE, April 7, 2026 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has secured the sale of Belcourt Park and Village 21, a two-property multifamily portfolio totaling 177 units in Nashville, Tennessee.
JLL represented the seller, an affiliate of TriBridge Residential, in the off-market transaction that closed in March 2026. Harrison Street Asset Management, a leading alternative global investment management firm, partnered with Nashville-based Elmington Residential for the acquisition.
The portfolio includes two mid-rise communities built in 2017. Belcourt Park is a 76-unit property with units averaging 646 square feet. Village 21 comprises 101 units averaging 734 square feet.
Both properties are located in the heart of Hillsboro Village, one of Nashville’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Hilsboro Village sits at the intersection of Vanderbilt University and Belmont University, directly across from Vanderbilt Medical Center, and is surrounded by walkable retail. Nashville continues to attract significant multifamily investment due to its strong population growth, diverse economy and high quality of life.
