Lauri Mustonen to strengthen JLL's Debt Advisory team

M.Sc. (Econ.) Lauri Mustonen started on August 12th, 2024, as a Senior Associate in JLL's Debt Advisory team in Helsinki. Mustonen joined JLL after working for over six years in Danske Bank's Debt Capital Markets unit.
JLL established the Debt Advisory team in Finland in 2021 as part of JLL's Europe-wide debt advisory service. Due to rising interest rates, there has been a growing demand for new financing solutions in the real estate investment market. In addition to traditional Nordic bank financing, more diverse financing options have entered the market also in Finland due to new lenders such as international banks, insurance companies, and debt funds. To meet the growing demand, JLL will further strengthen its position as the market leader in debt advisory in Finland.
